About This Course
Working in health and social care, you may be the first to notice signs of abuse in a child's life. This course raises your awareness of the types of abuse children face, and your role and responsibilities in safeguarding - including documentation and reporting. Learning outcomes are aligned with the intercollegiate document Safeguarding Children and Young People: Roles and Competencies for Healthcare Staff (2019).
